Work with City Officials to apply for Building/Demolition permits, including tree
by-law requirements and deposits.
Provide quantitative take-offs of materials.
Negotiate pricing/contracts with Suppliers
and Contractors.
Provide supervision at the construction
site, including co-ordination of materials
and trades.
